Extensive experience in managerial positions within large Ukrainian and international companies. Over 18 years in HR and more than 11 years in education. Development and implementation of projects in the areas of performance management, talent development, succession planning, employee evaluation; creation of motivational programs for staff, corporate competency matrix design, company’s corporate culture algorithms work out.
As a business trainer, I have got over 20 years of experience conducting various types of training programs in Ukrainian, Russian, English and Polish. My current focus is primarily on coaching practice, group and individual consultations in a coaching and mentoring format.
